Calling All Photographers!

Hello everyone!
I have announcement to make!

My older brother, Wesley, has just launched a photography website that he designed (found at this address: www.godsworldphotography.com).

This website is now open for contributors to sign up and share photos. Please note: this open to anybody interested in photography; not just elite photographers (as I am definitely not ). I am a contributor too, by the way.

You can be of any age, live anywhere, and even borrow a camera if you don’t have one yourself. If you enjoy taking pictures, would like to learn about how to improve your photography skills and have your photos critiqued, enter them in contests, and enjoy interaction with other photographers, you are welcome to join this site as a contributor!

Please take a minute to stop by, and see if it’s something you’d like to do. It is a small commitment, and one you would most likely enjoy.
Thank you, and have a blessed day!
~Brooke

Visit From The Olson Family

Last week, we enjoyed a visit from our cousins, the Olsons. Their family lives in Wisconsin, so it was really neat of them to make the long drive to come down and see us. We had a blast with them! We played games, went hiking, visited the Bass Pro Shops in Springfield, had a bonfire, and enjoyed hanging out together. It was great to see them! I got quite a few pictures from our time – here are my favorites:

The Olson family.

Paddling on the pond. :)

Some turtles at Bass Pro.

Brennen and Austin.

Maddie watching the fish.

I am always intrigued by the snakes. I like watching them as long as there’s glass between them and me! :)

This long black snack was pretty active. Here he was climbing a branch.

A cluster of cousins! :)

Hannah gave Emma a ride – so sweet!

Aunt Lisa let Wesley borrow her Canon Rebel for a while. :)

These boat motors were pretty big! Wesley is over 6 feet tall, so that one above was almost as tall as him!

Maddie and Emma – what cute girlies they are! :)

We later went hiking at one of our favorite places – Wilson’s Creek.

I am so glad the Olsons could come down for their spring break. We had such a fun time with them!

And The Answer…

Okay, are you ready for the answer to the guessing game? Here is the original picture:

It is a glass of tea with ice cubes! Many of you answered correctly, and the rest were great tries – that was a hard one to guess! Thank you so much for contributing your guesses, and have a wonderful day!
